We have a 14-day return policy, which means we recommend you use the product for 14 days before requesting a return.

We will provide you a return address for you to ship your unused product. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the item back to Renutrin for a full refund. Return labels will not be provided by Renutrin, thus shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.

The customer will need to email the tracking number to info@renutrin.co when the unused product has shipped.

We will notify you via email when the unused product has been received and the return is issued.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@renutrin.co if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
